Please check the battery cover is locked before entering the water, the battery cover security lock is in the LOCK position.Please use one hand puches battery cover security lock, meanwhile another hand pushes out battery cover.The battery compartment is set tightly and requires force when pushing out.Install the battery and memory card correctly. (Note: The camera is suitable for the micro SD card. Pull the 64GB card out of the adapter and plug it into the camera.)After installation, close the battery cover and ensure that the safety lock of the battery cover is locked.
