How to connect the smartwatch on your phone?

When receiving a new watch, please charge it for 2 hours before use. (The watch supports a charging current of 5V1A, please don’t use a high-power plug )Download the App “FitCloudPro” in the user manual.Open your Bluetooth and FitCloudPro App to find the watch model “DW26″Choose “DW26” and then you can connect your phone and watch.

The maximum Bluetooth range is 10-20 meters. If the watch was out of range, it will be disconnected.Please make sure to keep the FitCloudPro app running in the background process and that the phone’s Bluetooth is always on.Still can’t connect to the watch, please uninstall the FitCloudPro app and ignore the model “DW26” from your phone’s Bluetooth pairing list, reset the watch, reinstall the app, and try again.

1. Question: How to set the time or switch languages?

Answer: When the pairing connection is successful, the watch will automatically update the time and language of the phone, or you can set the language on the watch: setting–language.

2. Why the watch cannot receive information?

Answer: Please confirm whether the Bluetooth of the watch is correctly connected to the FitCloudPro APP, and set the permission of the watch to receive notifications in the APP. Also, please make sure new messages can be notified on the main interface of your mobile phone too.

3. The watch has no sleep monitor data?

Answer: The default time of the sleep monitor is from 8 pm to 10 am. The activity changes are recorded according to the number of turns, arm movements, heart rate test values, and other actions of the user after falling asleep, combined with big data algorithms to get the sleep value. Please wear the watch correctly to fall asleep. If physical activity is too frequent during sleep, the sleep quality is very poor, and the watch will recognize it as a non-sleep state.
