Phones with metal objects in their cases may NOT be charged by this phone charger station.
The camera lens portion of the case is too thick, which may result in the phone not being able to fit snugly into the charging station, thus preventing charging.

Metal foreign object detection

If the back of the phone with metal foreign objects (credit cards, coins, metal rings, magnetic objects, can not be successfully charged by the phone and watch charging station

Invalid Placement

These two placements are invalid. If the charging receiving area of your phone cannot be aligned with the charging identification area of the wireless charger, the charging station will not be able to charge your phone, or it will cause low charging efficiency and get hot.

Leave 0.8 inches distance (about two finger widths) between the ridge and phone. Less than 0.8inches may not charge.
