1. Couldn’t connect it with Smart Phone: You could only connect this SH03 when it is in the pairing mode.Pairing mode: blue and red Led flashing alternately. 2. How to make this SH03 enter into pairing mode: Start with SH03 powered off, press and hold the multifunction button for 6 seconds until you see the Led light flashing blue and red alternately. 3. I couldn’t use it with my computer: Please check if your PC Bluetooth support the bluetooth A2DP profile (Wireless Audio transmitting). If not,you need to buy a bluetooth usb adapter for A2DP.
